ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 c. thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread mixed ingredients into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 2 x 1 inch pieces.
