PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Dissolve sugar in liquid before adding dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
