FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, ground
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream (or 1 c. Cool Whip)

Mix first 4 ingredients and let stand overnight. Two hours before serving, whip and add the 1/2 cup whipping cream (or Cool Whip). Refrigerate until served.
