FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries, washed & sorted
1 lg. orange
1 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped nuts
3 pkgs. orange Jello

Grind cranberries and orange (rind also) in food chopper. Stir in sugar to blend. Set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Add cranberry and orange mixture. Add nuts and pineapple and stir well. Pour into lightly oiled 8 cup mold or 2 smaller ones. Chill overnight. Unmold. Serve with the following dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. fresh orange juice

Mix well and serve with salad. You can also grind an apple in with the salad.
