COFFEE KUCHEN 
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs, well beaten
3 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Juice of 1 orange

TOPPING:

1 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts

In a large saucepan, scald milk. Add sugar, butter and salt. Cool until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to milk mixture. Add equally flour well. Cover and let rise until double in bulk about 1 1/2 hours. Cut down and mix thoroughly.

Spread evenly into two buttered and floured loaf pans, each 9 x 5 x 3 inches. In medium bowl mix topping together, spread on top of dough. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
