PEANUT BUTTER BREAD 
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. In large bowl beat peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add flour mixture, beating until smooth. Pour into prepared pan; bake about 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
