PEANUT BUTTER BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chunk-style peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Sift together the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl.

2. Cut in chunk-style peanut butter and 2 tablespoons butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3. Add milk and eggs all at once, stirring just until moistened.

4. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes, or until done.

5. Immediately brush top with the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle generously on top of bread.
