CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
12 oz. milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3/4 c. light cream
1-2 tbsp. kirsch, orange-flavored liqueur, brandy or 2 tsp. instant coffee

DIPPERS:

Apple wedges
Cubes of cake
Sliced bananas
Mandarin orange segments
Marshmallows
Pineapple chunks
Fresh strawberries

Place chocolate and cream in a 1 quart glass bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on Roast or until hot. Stir in liqueur. Pour mixture into a fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
