3 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, peeled & grated
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. slated peanuts, chopped

Mix together first 11 ingredients. Add zucchini, raisins and peanuts; spread into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar glaze. Cool, then cut into bars.
