BEAN, PORK AND PEAR BAKE 
1 (40 oz.) can butter beans
4 pork chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 (15 oz.) can pears

Grease 9 inch baking pan. Drain beans. Save 1 cup liquid. Place bean in baking pan. Brown chops in 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on top of beans. Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar with cinnamon and 1 cup liquid. Pour over 4 chops and beans. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Drain pears. Place over chops. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes more.
