MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 stick plus 1 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
more powdered sugar

Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla and 4 tablespoons powdered sugar and flour. Mix well, then add nuts.

Bake and immediately roll each "cake" in more powdered sugar.
