TAMALE CORN 
2 eggs, beaten
2 (No. 2 1/2) cans cream style corn
2/3 c. corn meal
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. salad oil
1 sm. can chopped green chilies (pimento may be added for color)
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Combine eggs, corn, cornmeal, garlic salt, baking powder and salad oil. Mix in chilies. Grate part of cheese and stir in. Pour in baking dish and grate rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
