PEA & CORN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can LeSeuer peas, well drained
1 (16 oz.) can white shoe peg corn, well drained
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, well drained
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento

MARINADE:

1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients together. Combine the marinade. Marinate overnight or 4 hours. Drain and serve.
