PEA-CORN-BEAN SALAD 
16 oz. can French green beans
8 oz. can LeSueur peas
12 oz. can white corn
4 oz. jar chopped pimiento

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Drain vegetables and add:

1 green pepper, minced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced onions

Toss vegetables. Heat oil and vinegar and sugar until sugar melts. Pour over vegetables.
