PEA AND CORN SALAD 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can whole white corn, drained
1 can baby peas, drained
1 sm. pimento, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped

Mix all together and stir in the following dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil the above dressing for 5 minutes and pour over vegetables. Chill overnight. (Stays good for several days.)
