VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 med. zucchini, sliced in thin rounds
1 med. summer squash, sliced in thin rounds
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 lg. fresh tomatoes, sliced thin

Melt butter in large skillet. Add all fresh vegetables and cook slowly over low heat until vegetables are soft and done. Season to taste, and enjoy.
