APPLESAUCE SALAD 
6 oz. lemon Jello
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cinnamon red hots candy
2 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Dissolve Jello and candy in boiling water. Add applesauce and lemon juice. Chill until thick. Add chopped pecans and coconut. Pour into mold. Blend milk and mayonnaise into softened cheese. Spoon over gelatin mixture. Stir slightly to achieve marble effect. Refrigerate.
