FLUFFY APPLESAUCE SALAD 
3 c. boiling water
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 c. red hot cinnamon candies
2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Whipped cream

In boiling water, dissolve Jello and cinnamon candies. Let cool slightly and stir in applesauce and nuts. Chill until firm. Whip 1 carton (1 cup) whipping cream (Cool Whip works also) and fold into Jello until completely mixed. Refrigerate until firm. Serve on lettuce leaf.
