1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (butter), melted
2 eggs

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients for first layer together and press into the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Cream the cream cheese. Add the rest of the ingredients for second layer and pour over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
