8 oz. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes (not instant)
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. pimento
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all together. Put in 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
