GAZPACHO 
6 lg. ripe tomatoes
2 cucumbers (peel & seed)
1/2 c. sweet pepper (green or red)
1/2 c. minced onions (go easy on onions if not 1015's, as it leaves too strong a taste)
2 c. fresh tomato juice or 1 qt. chilled canned tomato or V-8 juice
1/3 c. olive oil (omit if on diet)
3 tbsp. lemon juice or lime juice
Juice of 4 cloves garlic (press) or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Optional:
Dash of Tabasco
1/2-1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Garnish (optional) :
Dash spike
Croutons
Dollop of sour cream
