SWEET POTATOES AND APPLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 med. sweet potatoes, sliced
2 c. peeled, sliced apples
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Put layer of potatoes, a layer of apples - cover with marshmallows, then sprinkle following over marshmallows:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Dot with butter and bake, in covered dish at 325 degrees until done.
