CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. grated potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda

Steam 3 hours in molds or baking pans. Serve with either the plain or hard sauce.
