CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. grated potatoes
1 c. flour
1 tsp. each soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt
1/2 cube butter

Mix together and place in well greased can with a tight lid and steam for 3 hours or more.

SIP SOP (Sauce) :
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Place in saucepan over medium heat and cook to soft ball stage.

(Flavor with vanilla, lemon or etc. as you please--at least 1 teaspoon.)
