FLEMMISH CARROTS 
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. carrots, cut in rounds
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. water

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and cook until partially clear. Add carrots and stir, cook 2 minutes. Add water, cover tightly and steam cook on low heat until done, about 10 minutes.
