ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
16 oz. can peach slices, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, cored and chopped
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. frozen orange juice
3/4 c. sour cream

In large bowl combine pineapple, peaches, orange sections, bananas and apples; set aside. In small bowl combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater 2 minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold into the fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Enjoy!
