ORANGE-CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, chopped
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 of a 6 oz. frozen can of frozen orange juice
3/4 c. dairy sour cream

Combine fruits in a large bowl; set aside. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Blend well for 1 or 2 minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill.
