PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 
Cake:

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk mixed with 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Bring to a boil: butter, water and peanut butter. Quickly add in sugar, flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add milk mixture, vanilla and eggs.

Bake in a greased pan at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Frosting:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, peanut butter and milk. Take off heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over hot cake, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
