TORTELLINI SALAD 
DRESSING RECIPE:

2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Heaping tbsp. Dijon mustard

Use between 2 to 3 pounds tortellinis. Cook tortellini. Toss with above dressing while hot. Layer in bowl with sliced tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. Great!
