HAM BALLS 
2 c. brown sugar
6 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. bologna, ground
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Mix first 4 ingredients together and boil 10 minutes. Add half of cooled mixture to last 5 ingredients. Shape into balls. Put in 9"x13" pan and pour remaining syrup over balls. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
