WINTER'S FAST VEGETABLE SOUP 
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 1/2 c. water
1 c. frozen carrots
1 c. frozen okra, chopped
1 c. frozen cauliflower
1 c. frozen broccoli
1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
2 c. tomato juice or V-8
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 beef bouillon cubes

Cook celery, onion and garlic powder in water until tender. Add okra, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots; bring to a boil. Cook 7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer. Fast and delicious!
