1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 can chocolate syrup
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

3/4 of a lg. can of milk
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Let boil 5 to 8 minutes. Pour over cake.
