“LIME PINEAPPLE SALAD” IS IN:

LIME PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Stir Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved. Add next 4 ingredients. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

Whip heavy cream, gradually adding powdered sugar, until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the Jell-O mixture and transfer the mixture to a 6 cup mold or square pan.

Refrigerate for at least several hours or overnight before serving. If a fancy mold was used, dip for 10 seconds in hot water to unmold. If a square pan was used, cut into squares before serving.
