LIME-PINEAPPLE CONGEALED SALAD 
1 sm. box lime Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. maraschino cherries

Pour boiling water over Jello; stir until dissolved. Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together until fluffy. Add to whipped cream. When Jello begins to set, add pineapple, nuts and cherries. Fold cream cheese mixture into Jello. Refrigerate and let completely congeal. A pretty salad for Christmas and very tasty.
