RUSSIAN CONGEALED SALAD 
3/4 c. water
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
14 lg. marshmallows
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 med. bananas, sliced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Boil water and dissolve Jello. Turn heat on low and add cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Cool about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Put into 5 cup mold and refrigerate until firm.

My mom always puts this in snow cone cups to congeal for Christmas. It makes wonderful Christmas trees. Put 1/4 of a cherry in the top of the cup, add the salad mixture and suspend the snow cone cup inside a glass so you don't have to figure out how to make it stay upright. Dip it in warm water and peel the paper just before serving. Decorate the trees with tiny drops of mayo as the "glue" to attach pieces of cherries.

My grandmother has passed this recipe down from generation to generation. It is now on the 4th generation. It can also be made with lemon or orange. But lime is the absolute best!!!
