OPAL'S CONGEALED SALAD 
2 sm. boxes lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
2 sm. cans pineapple, crushed
3 med. carrots, grated
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 sm. pkg. pecans (optional)

Mix together Jello and cream cheese as you would sugar and shortening. Dissolve with 2 cups hot water. Moisten 1 package Knox unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup cold water and add to Jello mixture. Add 1/4 cup salad dressing, pineapple, and carrots. Mix well, pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
