LASAGNA 
3/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. cottage cheese, or Ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 pkg. Frenches spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
1 pkg. lasagna noodles

Mix first four ingredients for filling. Partially cook noodles and drain on waxed paper. Prepare sauce as on package. In baking dish, layer sauce, noodles, filling, sauce, and top with extra cheese. Let set.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
