PICKLED OKRA 
4 lbs. sm. okra
1/2 c. plain salt
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water
10 pods pepper
10 cloves garlic

Pack okra in hot jars. Add pepper and garlic. Heat water, vinegar and salt to boiling point. Pour into jars. Put hot lids on to get a seal. Let it sit about 2 weeks before you try it.
