PICKLED OKRA 
4 lbs. sm. tender okra
3/4 c. salt
8 c. vinegar
1 c. water
19 pods hot pepper
10 garlic cloves

Wash okra, pack in hot, clean pint jars along with one pepper and one garlic clove. Combine salt, vinegar and water. Boil and pour over okra. Seal and process in hot water bath for 5 to 10 minutes.
