STEWED TOMATOES AND OKRA 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1. In hot butter in large skillet, saute onion until tender, 5 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients; cook gently, covered 15-20 minutes or until okra is tender. Serves 6-8.
