BAKED SHRIMP AND CHEESE 
8 slices bread, butter and cube
1/2 lb. Swiss or Old English cheese
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp or 14 oz. pkg. crabmeat

Make layers of above in casserole. Mix 3 beaten eggs, 2 1/2 cup milk, salt, paprika, little dry mustard. Pour over layers. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
