RECIPE COLLECTION
“SPICED TEA” IS IN:

SPICED TEA 
Pour 2 1/2 cups boiling water over:

2 tbsp. tea
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and add 3/4 cup sugar.

Add:

1 pint cranberry juice cocktail
1 l/2 cups water, vodka or moonshine
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice

Chill. Garnish with lemon slices. Can also be served hot.

Serves 6-8.

Whole cranberries can be frozen into ice cubes to float in a punch bowl for a decorative touch.
