SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
6 eggs
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice

Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff. Cream sugar, butter, add yolks 1 at a time. Add flour alternately with sour cream. Cream well, fold in egg whites. Put in flavoring. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees.
