FRENCH FRIED GREEN PEPPERS 
4-6 green peppers
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cracker meal
1/2 c. oil

Core, wash and drain peppers. Cut into rings.

Combine eggs, milk and salt and pepper into bowl; mix. Dip peppers into mixture, then meal. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Heat oil in large heavy skillet; add rings. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
