KEY LIME PIE 
4 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 c. lime juice
1 drop green food coloring
9 inch baked pie shell
1 c. chilled whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 thin lime slices

Beat egg yolks until thick, about 5 minutes. Add condensed milk, lime peel, lime juice and food color and beat until smooth. Turn into prepared pie shell, spreading evenly. Refrigerate covered, for several hours or overnight. Before serving, whip cream with sugar. Spread evenly over filling and make swirl designs with a fork. Garnish with slices of lime.
