ANGEL BISCUITS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil or 1 c. Crisco
5 c. self rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all the above ingredients together until the consistency of rolls. Seal and store in a container in refrigerator. This lasts about 1 week. Pinch off the amount desired, shape into rolls or biscuits and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
