CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 1/2 boxes semi-sweet chocolate
9 eggs, separated (you will only use whites)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 sticks butter
1-2 tsp. vanilla
Optional - pound cake

Melt chocolate and butter together. Set aside. Let cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla; mix in gently. Mix in (gently) chocolate and butter mixture which has been cooled. Pour entire mixture into serving dish. Cover. Place in freezer until ready for use (at least 2-3 hours).

Optional - may add thin slices of pound cake in middle while pouring into dish.
