BAKED EGG CUSTARD 
2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
6 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Let milk and sugar come to a boil. Add well beaten eggs. Add salt, vanilla, and melted butter. Pour into individual custard cups or one medium size dish, sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake approximately 35 minutes.
