LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cake from oven and poke holes in it over all with fork. Pour the lemon topping over the cake while it is still hot.

LEMON TOPPING:

Combine 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar with the juice of 2 lemons. Stir until well blended.
