STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
Dash of pepper
1 c. tomato soup

Place peppers in boiling water, let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water and stuff; use 1/2 of tomato soup for mixture, pour remainder over peppers. Place in deep baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
